THE PALM BEACH
Our client approached us to help him invest into the Gold Coast property market. Their main objective was buying sites to build Duplexes on, to either keep and rent out or sell. The first duplex in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast.
Once design work by Travis at QUBD Pty Ltd was complete, we built these 3 bedroom duplexes, one at the front and one at the back, on a 410 m2 block. The outcome was outstanding.
Each unit is dressed with all our usual high quality standard finishes including hardwood stairs, two pac kitchens with 40 mm Carbon Matte Quantum Quartz stone tops, Vantage Window systems by Suburban Windows, high raked ceilings heights, and classic neutral colour schemes throughout the bathrooms and all living areas. As an added investment hardwood timber floors with matt urethane finishes were installed to give the units that extra high end finish and sense of natural warmth.
The front unit features a large front terrace, whilst the back unit has the main living on ground floor, giving them the natural garden to still enjoy the outdoor life with the ease of a small garden to maintain.
