Hennessy Building Projects purchased 79 Tahiti avenue to build our first development.

Our vision was to build duplexes that had as much liveable space as possible on the block of land. This included fitting in a lap pool and entertaining deck for each dwelling. Each unit has a single garage and carport due to the width of the front of the block. Recycled hardwood from the demolition of the existing structure was used to build screens around the houses as a feature. Cementel Cladding system was used on the front column and entrance walls which breaks up the rest of cladding and gives a great feature to the homes

Internally each unit is very spacious considering the limited block size. The high ceilings give the units a sense of space. We managed to include 4 bedrooms and guest/study with a separate living area upstairs.

Finishes throughout each unit are different as the buyers were able to choose between a range of stone tops, tiles, two pac or laminate cabinetry and other floor finishes. A wide timber staircase for each unit is also a great feature.
